I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms but noisy due to proximity to the lifts. The service was a mix of cold food and lovely, attentive staff. The location was excellent for beach access and local amenities. The dining experience offered a variety of foods but lacked clear labeling.
I was drawn to the hotel by the promise of spacious rooms with a nice bathroom and comfy beds, which I absolutely loved. However, despite my repeated attempts to address an issue with the manager, who seemed to be constantly unavailable, my stay was not as smooth as I had hoped.
The hotel is located in a great area with amazing restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms, though clean and reasonably spacious, were a letdown as they lacked a view and felt smaller than expected. However, the bathroom was surprisingly bigger. The service provided by Sophia and Mateo was top-notch in keeping both adults and kids entertained. The location is ideal, facing the beach yet not overly crowded, with easy access to shops and bars. The dining options, while offering a good selection, were slightly lacking in quality. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout positive and negative points.
